Ingredients:

100g Highplus milk powder

250ml unsweetened fresh milk

200g sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Milk Mixture

Pour 200ml of unsweetened fresh milk into a non-stick pan and heat over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until it starts to simmer gently.

Once the milk starts to bubble, gradually add 200g sugar and 100g Highplus milk powder while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Reduce the heat to low and continue stirring until fully combined.

Step 2: Add Cornstarch and Vanilla

In a small bowl, mix 50ml of fresh milk with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until fully dissolved.

Slowly pour this mixture into the heated milk mixture while stirring continuously.

Finally, add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes slightly heavy to mix.

Once large bubbles start forming, remove from heat.

Step 3: Mold and Freeze

Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour it into popsicle molds or small paper cups.

Place them in the freezer for 5-6 hours until fully set.
